Chris and Bernie will be performing at an event produced by the Vancouver New Asia Film Festival:

This is a conscious effort of the organizers to reach into and inform the local Chinese and pan-Asian communities about environmental issues, with an emphasis on Frogs. The goal is to make this event as an enabler and as a facilitator for like-minded individuals and organizations – to network and support each other’s efforts, and to involve the local communities into metro Vancouver’s environmental efforts.

A CD release underway

In December of 2006 the three of us convened in Public Alley 421 to record over six hours of improvisations. Then for a long time nothing happened. Now we’re in the process of mixing and paring down the recording to a CD length release. If all goes well you’ll be able to get it at our next performance!

Welcome to the website of the musical ensemble Densabi. We finally have something to blog about! Please come and hear us perform at the Cellar Jazz Club and Restaurant on Tuesday March 18. With any luck it will also be a CD release party for us as well, celebrating our inaugural release.
